When the book was printed, there was an error -- starting with page 193 and running through page 216, the pages are all here but some of them are out of order -AND- at least two sheets were not cut along the edge. You will want to use a razor or other sharp edge to cut the pages - and then you will have to read this section in an out of order manner. But the book is really lovely a very nice copy.
