This is London by M. Sasek ... $1.00 (1959, 60 pages. This book was a mess! There is hard wear to the cover, the spine was off. Pages were in sections, several stitches were broken. Plenty of glue and tape later, the book is now in one piece (and I think we put the spine on upside down!). It's not great, but it is just fine for a reading copy.)
